Potomac Crest provides residential, commercial, and multi-family cleaning, including daycares and senior care facilities. Services include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and unit turnovers, common-area cleaning, and post-construction or post-renovation cleaning. We do not provide dry cleaning, tailoring, or laundry services.
The exact scope of work for your visit is defined in your written quote or service agreement. Anything not listed in that agreement is not included unless agreed in advance.
Quote and visit forms submit requests, not confirmed appointments. Preferred dates and arrival windows are subject to availability. We review your details and agree on a written scope and flat price before cleaning begins. Any changes to the scope or price must be agreed with you before additional work.
Your written quote states any validity period. A confirmed appointment exists only after we accept your request and agree with you on the schedule and price.
Please provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned, including parking, pets secured as needed, and working utilities. Share security codes privately when arranging access, not through the public forms.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any notice requirements or cancellation, trip, or lockout fees will be stated in your written quote or service agreement before confirmation. We may also need to reschedule for weather, emergencies, or staffing needs and will contact you.
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept payment methods confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges, such as trip fees or add-on services, will be itemized.
No payment or card details are collected through the website's quote or visit request forms. Any payment deadlines or late fees will be stated in your quote or service agreement.
We treat your home, facility, and belongings with care. Please secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items and let us know about surfaces requiring special care before your visit.
If you notice damage or a concern after service, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Your service agreement and applicable law govern responsibility for claims.
Potomac Crest carries insurance appropriate to its services and can provide proof of coverage on request. Our team members are trained and screened. Crew details are confirmed when arranging your visit.
This website is provided for service information, quote requests, and visit requests. You agree not to misuse the site — including interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
